Terms And Conditions :

•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia
•	Breakfast is available at Damai Corner at RM15.00 nett per person, children at RM6.00 nett per child or at Garden Terrace at RM34.50 nett per adult at at RM10.00 nett per child.
•	Rates are quoted nett, inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	The weekends rates shall apply during eve of Public Holidays and on Public Holidays and during Malaysian School Holidays as shown below.
•	Weekends are deemed to include checking in on Fridays and Saturdays.
•	The Golf Course is closed on Monday, therefore the course is only available from Tuesday to Sundays Only.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM30.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•	No extra charges for children 12 years and below sharing room with parent.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total apartment reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Low Period

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Period

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
